Returns & Exchanges
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased in the last 15 days
- The product is in its original packaging
- The product isn't used or damaged
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase
*Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Every effort is taken to ensure your products are shipped as quickly as possible. We fill orders within 72 hours of orders being placed. You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order has shipped. Please understand that for USPS, in particular, the number of days specified in the shipping method is a best estimate and not a guarantee. Pre-sale items will take longer to ship.
What is a Pre-Sale?
From time-to-time we will have pre-sale items. It’s a way to give you the opportunity to purchase items that are not quite yet ready to ship. Estimated ship dates will be listed in the item description.
The shipping cost is calculated by the carrier at checkout on the destination address. We are a small business that lacks the buying power of much larger online retailers and we often subsidize part of the shipping costs.
